Exterior:
The boat plaza, paved in a lively pattern of pavers and tinted concrete, does double duty as a yard for hauling boats and as an accessory event plaza. The east plaza features light-colored pavers on a permeable base and a custom bench. A screen wall made of galvanized steel and mesh wraps the entire building, providing a secure perimeter, and a surface for vines to grow.
