Exterior:
Brick with an insulated cavity is used for the 3-story base facing Houston Street, similar to surrounding buildings along the street. The majority of the mid-rise block has exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) with rain screen detailing, helping to create a tightly insulated building envelope.
