Common Ground's The Lee is the first truly sustainable affordable housing project in New York City. Completed in Spring 2011, The 100,000 sf residence houses 264 residents on 12 stories with on-site social services, a gym, computer room, laundry, roof gardens, and multipurpose room opening out into a landscaped back garden.
